Yearly billing works out to 20% less than paying monthly. Enterprise is set up with our team; it cannot be bought through checkout.

Every workspace gets 1 GB of storage for comment images. You can own one Free workspace; paid workspaces are billed one by one.
Free trial
Your first paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Checkout asks for a card, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. If a trial ends without a paid subscription, the workspace is locked until you choose a plan.
Seats on the Team plan
The Team price covers 3 members. Each member after that is a seat at $5 a month, or $48 a year on yearly billing. Seats are added and removed as members join and leave, and Stripe prorates the difference.
To move to a plan with fewer members, remove members first.
Manage billing
Only the workspace owner can manage billing. Open your workspace Settings, then Plan & billing.
- Change plan switches plans straight away. Stripe prorates the difference.
- Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal for your card, invoices and cancellation.
- Checkout accepts promo codes and a tax ID.
When a payment fails
You keep access while the payment is outstanding. A banner reads "Your last payment failed" with a Fix billing button, and the owner gets an email for each failed attempt.
If the subscription ends unpaid, the workspace is locked and moves to the Free plan, and you cannot change plans until the outstanding invoice is paid. Workspace data is scheduled for deletion 90 days after the lock.
When you cancel
You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. Then the workspace moves to the Free plan: your 3 newest canvases stay active and the rest are archived, with their comments kept.
